Travel to Bordeaux. Behind the train station of Bordeaux should be your arrival (Gare Saint-Jean), a shuttle will take you to the docking spot of the ship.

Within the Train Station ‘Gare St-Jean’, follow the “Car Rental” (Location de Voitures in French) sign or Bercier parking sign.
An underground corridor will take you to the car rental area located in the back of the station, on the RUE DES TERRES DE BORDE Street.
